Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and payroll operations
Implement quality improvement projects for patient care
Conduct regular performance reviews for team members

Stay updated on accreditation and safety standards
Requirements:
Bachelor of Nursing or acceptable equivalent program
Minimum five years clinical experience, preferably in hemodialysis
Active NSNMR registration essential
Preferred: Clinical specialty certification
Robust organizational and leadership skills
