Title :Solution Architect – Network & IT/OT Systems

Location : Montreal, Quebec – Hybrid/remote with periodic site travel

Duration : 9 Months

Introduction

We are seeking experienced professionals to develop technical solutions supporting industrial and mining infrastructure programs. The focus will be on technical architecture and independent design production, working closely with Project Managers, engineering teams, operational stakeholders, and site personnel to translate business and operational requirements into scalable, supportable infrastructure designs. This position requires strong expertise in enterprise and industrial networking, with particular emphasis on connectivity between traditional IT environments and operational technology systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Significant experience as a Solution Architect, Network Architect, Infrastructure Architect, or IT/OT Architect.
- Strong experience designing complex network and infrastructure solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise networking technologies, including routing, switching, and wireless infrastructure.
- Experience designing solutions for IT/OT integration.




- Understanding of industrial network architectures and operational technology environments.
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Experience within mining, manufacturing, utilities, energy, or another industrial/operational workplace.
- Experience designing infrastructure supporting SCADA, PLCs, industrial control systems, and industrial networks.
- Direct mining or underground mining technology experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Design network and IT/OT infrastructure solutions supporting industrial operations.
- Develop technical architectures for enterprise and industrial network environments.
- Produce architecture diagrams, technical designs, specifications, and implementation documentation.
