In this role, you will drive the estimation process for complex projects valued from $1 million to $2 billion, including a variety of commercial and industrial buildings. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, your responsibilities will include the development of detailed cost estimates focused on architectural integrity and construction efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate development of multi-discipline cost estimates




Validate construction quantities and material takeoffs
Support estimators in scheduling and cost tracking
Prepare cost estimation reports for clients
Identify project risks and prospects in estimates

Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or similar
At least 10 years of estimating experience
Robust knowledge of building systems and structures
Experience in either commercial or industrial facilities
Capability to interact with clients and stakeholders
