Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve appealing, nutritious meals daily
• Monitor food supply needs and avoid waste
• Ensure cleanliness of kitchen tools and storage
• Record temperature logs for refrigeration units
• Report kitchen equipment issues promptly
Requirements:
• Completed secondary school with culinary courses
• Cook's papers (one-year program) preferred
• Required Protected Food Handler's Certification
• First Aid and CPR Certification mandatory
• Background check clearance required
