Key Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors of the Ottawa Humane Society
Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly
Advertise animals available for adoption on the website
Process sales transactions in the Buddy and Belle retail store
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the adoption area

Requirements:
Secondary school diploma or equivalent education
One year of customer service experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingual in English and French essential
Preferred experience in animal handling
