Join Bass Pro Shops as a Facilities Maintenance Outfitter. This temporary role focuses on daily upkeep and repairs for buildings, equipment, and grounds while coordinating with service providers.

Reporting to the Co-Manager/Assistant General Manager, your responsibilities will encompass hands-on maintenance, training service providers, and overseeing repair tasks. You will assist in maintaining a secure and visually appealing retail workplace.

Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will enhance overall operations and customer experiences daily.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct repairs and preventative maintenance on all facilities
Train service providers on proper company procedures
Schedule and supervise maintenance personnel activities




Monitor service contracts like HVAC and snow removal
Assist in maintaining the sales floor and visual standards

Requirements:
Vocational/Technical School Certificate preferred
Supervisor experience and training capabilities are assets
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required
General knowledge of retail practices preferred
Ability to work Monday to Friday mornings, averaging 28 hours
