You will help build long‑term relationships with our clients by answering client inquiries and requests through policy and coverage insurers.A day in the lifeAssist producer and marketer with all aspects of servicing commercial accountsMeet existing clients’ needs and process documentation (Certificates of Insurance, Cover Notes, Renewals, Proposals, Endorsements, In‑House Policies, Invoicing, Finance Contracts, Customer Correspondence)Review and ensure accuracy of policy documentation from insurers before forwarding to the clientContact clients for renewal informationTake client calls and answer questions regarding coverages, accept and process online quotesNegotiate with insurers on coverage and price to best meet the needs of the client in conjunction with the producerUpdate client information as changes occurAnswer account related questions/requests from clients, lawyers,



and banksProvide policy and coverage information to clients upon request or inquiryWill be assigned some minimal, but regular duties to help support the floater positionWhat You Will Bring To Our TeamLevel 2 Insurance License or willingness to obtainSelf‑motivated with a strong sense of urgencyMotivated to help support a diverse team and contribute in a team environmentMinimum of one year commercial insurance experience as an Insurance AdvisorPro‑active and a self‑starter with a keen attention to detailStrong customer service focus with the ability to deliver positive client experiences and meet their desired needsDemonstrated ability to communicate (written and verbal), present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizationWorks well in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environmentProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookIndustry designation an asset (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma – BCIT)Salary ExpectationsThe expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $60,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
