Your role will include managing care for newborns and participating in ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



• Perform comprehensive assessments for neonatal patients • Provide accurate and timely reports on patient care • Participate in high-risk deliveries using NRP • Maintain complete patient care documentation • Engage in continuous learning and mentoring

Requirements: • Graduate from an accredited nursing program • Active RN registration with BCCNM • At least one year of daily NICU experience • Certification in Basic Rescuer and Neonatal Resuscitation • Strong communication and organizational skills
