This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and solving engineering challenges to meet client objectives and industry standards. The Senior Engineer is also tasked with overseeing the work of junior engineers, mentoring staff, and fostering a collaborative environment to enhance team performance.In addition to technical leadership, the Senior Engineer contributes to business development efforts by supporting proposals, generating estimates, and maintaining strong client relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into actionable engineering plans.Design and Development:Lead the design and development of solutions, ensuring alignment with project objectives, industry standards, and best practices. Implement efficient algorithms, data structures, and architectural designs to meet performance and scalability requirements.Problem-solving:Analyze complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions leveraging your expertise in engineering principles and methodologies.
