Job Title Senior Specialist, Data Automation Engineering Summary The Senior Specialist, Data Automation Engineering plays a key role in advancing automation and AI capabilities across the Data Hub. This role focuses on designing and implementing intelligent automation solutions, including AI agents and workflows, to improve efficiency, accelerate delivery, and enable scalable data operations. The individual acts as a strategic enabler for Data Engineering, Data Management, Data Quality and Data Products by introducing innovative automation patterns and leveraging emerging AI technologies.

What You’ll Do - Design and implement AI-driven automation solutions, including intelligent agents, copilots, and workflow automation

- Partner with Data teams to identify automation opportunities and reduce manual effort across the data lifecycle
- Develop reusable automation frameworks, tools, and services to improve team productivity and scalability
- Leverage generative AI, machine learning, and scripting to streamline data operations, monitoring, and support processes
- Enable self-service capabilities through automation, improving accessibility and efficiency for business and technical users




- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI-enabled automation solutions
- Establish best practices, governance, and guardrails for responsible AI and automation usage
- Evaluate and introduce emerging AI and automation technologies to continuously improve Data Hub capabilities
- Provide mentorship and guidance on automation patterns, AI adoption, and tooling across the team What You Bring - Strong expertise in automation, AI solutions, and intelligent workflow design
- Hands‑on experience building AI agents, copilots, or automation solutions using modern AI tools
- Proficiency in Python or similar languages for automation, APIs, and integrations
- Experience working with AI platforms, frameworks, or services (e.g., Azure AI, OpenAI, or similar)
- Strong understanding of data concepts (data pipelines, data models, data quality), without being focused on pipeline development
- Experience integrating systems and automating processes across cloud environments
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on efficiency and innovation
- Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to drive adoption of automation solutions Minimum Requirements Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills & Experience - Bilingual French/English

- Experience building or deploying AI agents, copilots, or conversational AI solutions
- Familiarity with prompt engineering,



model orchestration, and LLM‑based applications
- Experience with automation platforms or low‑code/no‑code tools
- Understanding of responsible AI, governance, and risk management practices
- Exposure to data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) to effectively partner with Data Engineering teams
- Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or supply chain environments
- Experience mentoring or leading technical workstreams Working Conditions In office requirement, we are Flex and Connect with 2 days a week in office.

Compensation We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package.

Our Base Pay

Range for this position $94,400 - $157,300. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long‑term incentive opportunities may be offered.
