In this strategic role, you will align human resources practices with the overall business goals of the company, working closely with leadership and managers to drive organizational performance through people strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR plans and policies to build a culture that encourages high performance and retention of talentEnsure HR policies compliance with statutory regulations and are consistent with internal and external best practicesLead and deliver key HR activities both through own teams or centres of expertise and provide HR service portfolio to defined organizationManage vendor/service relationships and service level agreements with specific business units for a range of HR services (e.G. outsourced payroll)Act as a trusted advisor to the business and partner with members of the business management team to support business growth/transformation and build organizational capabilityConsult Business Managers on HR matters drawing on specialists or team members as needed with a balanced focus on strategic and operational HR activitiesMonitor deployment of the HR strategic plans and achievement of sub-functional goals to enhance efficiencies and effectivenessEnsure process improvement and modify/adapt HR processes to better suit the needs of the defined organizationQualificationsMinimum of 5+ years of experience in Human Resources in CanadaBachelor's DegreeHR/Labour Law certification preferredPrevious experience partnering the business at a senior management and executive level in a complex environment (e.G. multi-country/customers)Prior budget management experienceProven experience leading deployment of complex organizational change projectsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindsetProficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and ExcelWillingness to travel domestically as requiredCompensation & BenefitsTotal compensation package: $80,000–$100,000 CAD (salary + bonus incentive plan)Comprehensive advantages: medical, dental, and visionGenerous PTO plan including sick days and Floating Holidays401(k) matchHybrid work environmentInclusive and growth-oriented company cultureMinimum 5+ years of HR experience in Canada, Bachelor's Degree, HR/Labour Law certification preferred, experience partnering with senior management and executives in a complex environment, budget management experience, proven experience leading complex organizational change projects#J-18808-Ljbffr
