Key Responsibilities:
• Pass trays and modify diets as required
• Regularly clean work areas and kitchen equipment
• Oversee dish room and pot washing duties
• Dispose of waste and manage recycling efforts
• Maintain stock of clean kitchen supplies

Requirements:
• Secondary School diploma or higher is required
• Minimum of three years in hospital food services
• Mandatory Food Handlers Certificate
• Understand therapeutic diets and supplements
• Ability to handle weight lifting of 25lbs frequently
