About Us

We are a busy, well-established tattoo studio located in Midtown Toronto (Davisville area). We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused Full-Time Studio Assistant to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative setting, has excellent customer service skills, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.

Schedule

- Monday - Friday
- 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- In-person

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage artist schedules, appointments, and bookings.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries.
- Process payments and reconcile daily transactions.
- Assist with consultations, pricing inquiries, and general customer questions.
- Maintain studio cleanliness and sanitation throughout the day.
- Clean common areas, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and taking out garbage.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Manage the studio's day-to-day social media presence, primarily on Instagram.
- Create and publish regular posts, Stories, Reels, and other promotional content.
- Open and/or close the studio when required.
- Support artists and help ensure the studio operates efficiently.

Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Administrative or front desk experience is an asset.




- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Comfortable creating and posting Instagram Stories, Reels, posts, and short-form video content.
- Basic photo and video editing skills; experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar apps is an asset.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and social media best practices.
- Comfortable taking photos/videos and creating content in a studio environment.
- Basic knowledge of Google Calendar, Microsoft Office, Instagram, and other social media platforms.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is someone who:

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 35.0 per week
