The Organizational Change Management Lead will lead change management activities for an Enterprise Asset Management program, with accountability for stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, communication, training support, readiness, and adoption.
The role will work closely with business and program leaders to develop and implement change strategies that support successful transformation, minimize disruption, and improve end-user adoption.
Responsibilities include leading assessments, managing change plans, monitoring risks and readiness, supporting leadership alignment, facilitating engagement sessions, and reporting on progress, issues, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Experience
leading Change Management
for large business or technology transformation initiatives.
Strong skills in
stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, readiness assessment, communications, training support , facilitation, and executive advisory services.
Professional
certification in Change Management or Project Management
is considered an asset.
Experience with enterprise asset management or complex enterprise system implementations is preferred.
University degree in a related field such as business, communications, human resources, organizational development, psychology, or public administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
