We are proud to offer a comprehensive After School Pick-up Program that not only provides secure and reliable transportation for students but also incorporates martial arts training, academic support, and character development. We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as an After School Pick-up Program Supervisor.

As the After School Pick-up Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our after-school program. Your primary duties will include supervising the pick-up of students from local schools, coordinating activities until they are picked up by their parents. You will work closely with our martial arts instructors to maintain a positive and disciplined environment that reflects our school’s values.

Key Responsibilities:

(1) Assist the Masters to monitor our students.

(2) Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during transportation and while at the martial arts school.

(3) Communicate effectively with parents, and our team to ensure smooth operations.

(4) Assist with organizing and facilitating daily activities, including art craft, and games, homework and transitions.





(5) Help keep the classroom, activity areas, and equipment clean, organized, and tidy.

(6) Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students.

(7) Enforce school policies and procedures to maintain discipline and order.

(8) Respond promptly to emergencies or unexpected situations with appropriate actions.

Qualifications:

(1) Must be between the ages of 16+ and 65.

(2) Previous experience working with children is preferred.

(3) Strong organizational and communication skills.

(4) Ability to manage a group of children and maintain a safe environment.

(5) First Aid and CPR certification is an asset.

(6) Martial arts experience is a plus but not mandatory.

(7) Must be able to pass a police background check.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, approximately 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM (hours may vary slightly based on school schedules).
