Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
- Recognized certification in Project Management is required or enrollment in a certification program where minimum criteria are satisfied.
- Knowledgeable in project management software and systems.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process.
- Valuable understanding of aerospace methods of manufacture.
- Minimum 5+ years experience working in a corporate environment, managing complex projects in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to provide functional managers with team member strengths and opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Responsibilities:

- Define and execute supplier source change projects that respond to new product development, strategic initiatives, and business continuity risks.
- Work across global teams and report progress to management at various levels of the organization.
- Develop and coordinate project plans,



budget requirements, and timelines.
- Execute end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Analyze impact and business performance of supply chain patterns.
- Develop cost-benefit analysis of proposed initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams.
- Manage third-party vendors to ensure project success.
- Review project performance and present status updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
- Prepare project progress reports and escalation requests.
- Manage and communicate to the various project stakeholders.
