Job Title: Support Delivery Intern Location: Virtual Duration: Winter 2027 - 4 Months (January 2027 – April 2027) Availability: *Full-time availability of 37.5 – 40 hours weekly is required to be eligible for this opportunity.

The Dayforce Support Delivery team plays a critical role in delivering a consistent, high-quality customer support experience by providing visibility into customer health, coordinating complex support needs, monitoring case activity, and helping drive issues toward resolution across internal Support teams. As a Support Delivery Intern, you will support activities that help maintain visibility into customer support needs, align internal teams, and ensure customers receive timely, clear, and consistent communication. You will also have opportunities to explore how data, AI, automation, and emerging technologies can improve Support Delivery processes, reduce manual effort, strengthen knowledge sharing, and ultimately create a better customer experience.

This internship is designed to build foundational experience in support delivery, customer experience, relationship management, operational coordination, and technology-enabled process improvement, closely aligned to the Support Delivery Associate career path. What you’ll get to do:

Support Delivery &

- Case Coordination Help monitor support cases and queues to promote timely, high-quality responses and maintain visibility into case status, dependencies, follow-ups, and issue progression.

Support coordination across internal teams for complex or multi-team customer issues.

Help identify potential customer experience gaps, delays, trends, or risks and escalate findings to Support Delivery leadership.

Participate in internal meetings to gain exposure to customer support needs, case activity, escalation management,



and cross-functional problem-solving.

Look for patterns in case activity and customer interactions that may indicate opportunities to improve processes, documentation, or the overall support experience. Communications &

- Customer Experience Draft explicit internal and customer-facing communications, including case updates, status summaries, meeting recaps, and follow-up notes.

Help ensure communication is consistent across teams and that customers understand current status, ownership, next steps, and expectations.

Assist Support Delivery Managers in preparing materials for customer and leadership updates.

Help capture key learnings and communication best practices that can be reused across the broader Support organization. AI, Automation &

- Continuous Improvement Explore practical ways AI, automation, and other technologies can improve Support Delivery workflows and the customer experience.

Identify repetitive or manual activities that may be candidates for automation or process simplification.

Help test and evaluate AI-enabled tools and workflows designed to improve productivity, knowledge access, case visibility, communication, or customer outcomes.

Analyze feedback and operational trends to identify opportunities where technology or process changes could reduce customer effort or improve support efficiency.

Share ideas and recommendations with the team and help translate promising concepts into practical solutions. Documentation, Playbooks &

- Enablement Contribute to Support playbooks by documenting processes, FAQs, common resolution paths, and answers to recurring questions.

Help identify opportunities to turn recurring case themes and customer questions into reusable knowledge that can improve self-service and support effectiveness.

Organize and maintain documentation across Confluence, internal wikis, and shared repositories.

Support onboarding and enablement materials that help employees understand Support workflows, tools, technology,



and customer experience expectations. Learning &

- Professional Development Build a foundational understanding of payroll and tax lifecycle events, HCM system functionality, and the role Support Delivery plays in the overall customer experience.

Develop experience using CRM and case-management technology such as Salesforce to understand and track customer support activity.

Gain exposure to how data and technology are used to identify trends, measure performance, and inform operational decisions.

Develop an understanding of responsible AI use in a business environment and how human judgment and technology work together to improve customer outcomes.

Demonstrate curiosity and resourcefulness by seeking answers through technology, documentation, peers, data, and cross-functional partners.

Skills and experience we value: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Operations, Information Systems, Technology, Data Analytics or a related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity, tone, and follow-through

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks or case activities

Interest in customer experience, service delivery, support operations, technology or process improvement Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies and how they can be applied to solve business problems

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment

Proactive mindset with the ability to ask questions, identify opportunities, and seek solutions independently

Willingness to challenge existing processes and bring forward new ideas What would really make you stand out: Exposure to client-facing support, service coordination, or account management (academic, internship, or part-time experience)

Familiarity with CRM or support ticketing systems such as Salesforce or ServiceNow

Experience or interest in using generative AI, automation, data analytics, or other emerging technologies to improve productivity or solve problems

Experience identifying a process improvement opportunity and helping develop or implement a solution

Interest in payroll tax, HCM software, or enterprise SaaS environments

Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence or SharePoint
