Job DescriptionAs a Scrum Master (SAFe), you will lead and support multiple Scrum teams delivering high‑quality software on a regular cadence. You will play a key role in coaching teams toward maturity, fostering collaboration across teams, and supporting delivery in a scaled Agile environment.What does your typical day look like?Serve as a leader for multiple Agile teams within the ARTCoach teams on Scrum, Lean‑Agile mindset, and SAFe practicesFacilitate team‑level ceremonies and support PI readiness and executionIdentify, elevate, and help resolve cross‑team dependencies and systemic impedimentsPartner with Product Owners to support backlog refinement and value deliveryProtect Agile and SAFe principles while collaborating with stakeholdersUse flow, predictability,
