OverviewThe Shipper Receiver is responsible for the shipping and receiving of goods and services. This includes purchase orders, transfer orders, customer orders and miscellaneous shipments.ResponsibilitiesDetermine the best method of shipment and arrange shipmentPrepare bills of lading, customs forms, invoices and other shipping documents manually or by computerConsider the most cost‑effective method of shipmentPick and pack goods to shipPrepare and affix identifying information and shipping instructionsTrack all shipments ensuring deliveryOversee the loading and unloading of goods from trucks or other conveyancesInspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages and reject damaged goodsReceive incoming goods in electronic inventory system (ERP)Move materials and items by hand, hand truck (pump cart) or electronic hand truck (Walkie)Build,
