Job Title: Tandem / Mainframe Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Tandem/Mainframe Developer to join the RBC team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Tandem/HP NonStop and Mainframe technologies, preferably within the banking or financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, enhance, and maintain applications on Tandem/HP NonStop and Mainframe platforms.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
- Perform coding, testing, debugging, and production support.
- Troubleshoot application and system issues.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver application changes.
- Support application enhancements, maintenance, and releases.




- Prepare technical documentation as required.

Required Skills:

- Solid hands-on experience with Tandem / HP NonStop.
- Experience in Mainframe development.
- Knowledge of COBOL and JCL.
- Experience with application development, testing, and production support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Banking/Financial Services experience preferred.

Preferred:

- Experience working with RBC or other major banking environments.
- Experience with Tandem COBOL, NonStop, TAL, or related technologies.
- Ability to join immediately.
