Enable Scotland is seeking a motivated Team Facilitator to join our Moray team. Based primarily in Elgin, you will lead and support a team of Personal Assistants to deliver secure, person-centred support, while collaborating with the Service Manager to continuously improve services.
The role requires leading staff, conducting appraisals, managing rosters, and ensuring high-quality care with safeguarding in mind. Flexibility to travel across Moray and participate in on-call duties is expected.
