The bigger picture We’re looking for a highly motivated, forward-thinking person to come on board as our Team Leader, Business Support Centre. You will lead the Business Support team to provide and oversee the delivery of services to meet our members’ needs. This includes adapting to recent technologies and providing knowledge and expertise to task forces, projects and testing environments.

The preferred location for this position is within Regina, Moosomin, or Saskatoon, however this opportunity is open to any Conexus location, as long as space is available.

- Coaching and empowering employees through thought provoking questions to analyze risk and provide exceptional experience to our peers and partners
- Leveraging available technology to reduce barriers to serving members, improving their banking experience




- Leading direct reports to successfully achieve individual learning plans and team goals
- Co-facilitation of meetings, process change and collaboration sessions with neighboring departments

The Experience You Bring

- 2+ years of demonstrated leadership skills in either a formal or informal role
- 2+ years of exposure to Agriculture and/or Commercial lending
