- Learn to support the RideCo software platform efficiently
- Build superior customer relationships through effective service
- Respond promptly to customer concerns and queries
- Help create and update training and knowledge documentation
- Log product defects while tracking customer interactions Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or similar
- Passion for solving problems and technical challenges
- Familiarity with project management tools like Salesforce or JIRA
- Must be able to travel within Canada and the US when required
