In your capacity as an Employer Connections Liaison, you will create job opportunities and foster relationships with employers. You'll provide comprehensive job search assistance and collaborate with a high-performing team committed to transforming lives. Your focus will be on retention services and ensuring positive experiences for both jobseekers and employers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify job opportunities through employer engagement
• Facilitate job placements and training agreements
• Support participants with retention strategies
• Deliver tailored job search assistance and mentorship
• Document client interactions and monitor progress
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in job placement
• Solid organizational and multitasking skills
• Understanding of job search strategies
• Experience with diverse populations is essential
• Vehicle access for job site visits
