Make a difference as a Part time Inclusion Coach at the OSEG Foundation, focusing on supporting youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You'll provide behavioral support and develop strategies tailored to diverse participant needs.
This role, reporting to the Inclusion Coordinator, requires collaboration to adapt programming and guide staff in effective behavioral techniques. You will also engage with families as a critical point of contact, monitor progress, and maintain a positive program environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the onsite specialist for behavioral strategies
• Develop weekly lessons for varying ability levels
• Mentor staff on behavior support techniques
• Monitor participant progress and suggest recommendations
• Communicate regularly with families regarding participant updates
Requirements:
• Certification or relevant experience in behavior analysis
• Solid understanding of behavior management for autism
• Works well with children in sports or therapeutic environments
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
• Vehicle access and evening/weekend availability
