As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting parolees at The Salvation Army’s Community Residential Facility. Your experience and skills will ensure compliance with established guidelines while supporting clients in their journey to self-sufficiency. Communication and professional interaction will be key to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop solid knowledge of CRF policies and procedures
• Conduct checks and monitor resident activity per guidelines
• Maintain documentation in the case administration system
• Create a safe and respectful atmosphere for residents
• Assist in ensuring compliance with facility rules
Requirements:
• High School Degree or equivalent education necessary
• Six months of relevant experience required
• Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification is essential
• Clear TB skin test and enhanced reliability clearance
• Experience with behavioral challenges preferred
