In this role, you will implement training programs for both internal and external stakeholders, encompassing practical and simulator training on equipment. Your responsibilities also include establishing strong customer relationships and ensuring all training aligns with established standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver training focused on Mechanical and Operator skills
• Develop training materials and assessment procedures
• Facilitate both simulator and hands-on training




• Assist technical staff with equipment challenges
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation

Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience with mining machinery
• Mining-related educational background or equivalent
• Strong capability in Microsoft Office programs
• Bilingual, with preference for French proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
