Oversee shelter operations at The Mustard Seed in Kamloops, BC as a Housing Focused Shelter Team Lead. Deliver person-centered care while leading a dedicated team towards effective crisis management.

In this full-time role, you will report directly to the Shelter Manager, supervising daily operations and mentoring Shelter Workers. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive space for guests, driving efficiency, and ensuring communication flows smoothly among team members and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities:
• Train and supervise shelter staff and volunteers
• Oversee shift tasks and responsibilities
• Facilitate case management for shelter clients
• Enforce shelter rules and provide conflict resolution
• Maintain clear communication and coverage for absences

Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Services or Social Work preferred
• 2+ years of relevant frontline experience
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Certification in First Aid and Crisis Intervention
• Proficiency in MS Office products
