As part of Scarborough Transit Connect's ongoing projects, we are inviting applications for a Continuous Improvement Coordinator who will facilitate continuous improvement through lean methodologies. This role emphasizes collaboration with project teams to assess and improve work practices, thereby enhancing overall productivity. Your responsibilities also include developing process optimization documents and supporting the implementation of lean systems within various project scopes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within projects
• Analyze and resolve operational constraints effectively




• Develop CI-related training and informational documents
• Conduct workplace assessments to enhance efficiency
• Support Last Planner System® implementation across teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar
• 3-5 years in construction project phases
• Education in lean design and methodologies preferred
• Solid self-motivation and organizational skills
• Proficient in various digital tools including MS Excel
