In this vital role, your primary focus will be to coordinate personal care services for residents while supporting PSWs in their daily responsibilities. You will be involved in interviewing, training, and evaluating team members, as well as ensuring compliance through regular audits and monitoring. Your efforts directly affect the care quality residents receive.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Director of Care on PSW operations
• Evaluate and coach PSWs on best practices
• Conduct various care and hygiene audits
• Oversee the onboarding and training process
• Analyze audit results for improvement insights

Requirements:
• PSW Certificate/Diploma Program graduate
• Prior experience in Long Term Care settings
• Familiarity with basic medical procedures
• Certification in BSO is an asset
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
