Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and oversee Cisco Telephony and Videoconferencing projects
• Support teams in complex incident resolutions




• Manage high-priority incidents and ensure solution efficacy
• Perform detailed root cause analysis
• Update and maintain critical technical documentation

Requirements:
• 4+ years in a Cisco environment
• Strong expertise in CUCM, Unity Connection, and Jabber
• Experience with Cisco video solutions like CMS and TMS
• Knowledge of SIP/H323 protocols
• Familiar with VMware suite v7/v8
