Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver support to clients facing or at risk of violence
• Assist in developing tailored safety plans and responses
• Facilitate educational groups and prevention programs
• Advocate for clients’ needs across systems
• Promote healthy relationships and accountability in the community
Requirements:
• Educational background with some post-secondary completion
• 1-2 years of experience in similar roles
• Knowledge of Indigenous community practices and needs
• Excellent advocacy and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical support practices
