The role requires overseeing the daily operations of the Investment Operations team. You will manage trade bookings, settlements, reconciliations, and support the launch of new processes and products. A robust understanding of fund structures and a minimum of six years’ experience in hedge fund operations are essential to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the Investment Operations team
• Support implementation of new processes and products
• Assess and enhance the department’s control environment




• Recommend improvements to workflows and reporting
• Maintain relationships with business partners and clients

Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in hedge fund operations
• Proven managerial and project management skills
• Strong understanding of fund structures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VBA, and SQL preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
