Join our dedicated team as a Resident Engagement Programming Aide. Facilitate recreational activities that promote independence, social engagement, and enhanced quality of life for residents.

In this full-time role at our long-term care facility, you will actively assist in planning and implementing programs based on residents’ interests and abilities. Your commitment will be key in ensuring safe access and support during activities, while also documenting participation and outcomes. Collaborate closely with the Programs Manager and various teams to foster a positive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and assist with recreational programs
• Promote resident participation and independence




• Provide 1:1 and group programming support
• Ensure program area readiness and cleanliness
• Track documentation of resident program outcomes

Requirements:
• Experience in recreational programming is valuable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Team-player mentality with team-oriented approach
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols
• Passion for improving residents’ social engagement
