As part of the EHS team, you'll be responsible for developing, monitoring, and adapting safety programs critical for diverse lab and office environments. Collaborating with upper management, you'll represent EHS at regional governance meetings and ensure compliance aligns with both company and legal requirements. Your experience in risk assessment and incident management will help elevate EHS practices across CSL facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide safety programs across labs and offices
• Analyze risks and develop mitigation strategies




• Maintain ongoing compliance with local laws
• Manage incident investigations and corrective actions
• Develop EHS procedures and training documents

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; master's preferred
• 7+ years’ experience in EHS
• Proven knowledge of regulations in the field
• Robust writing and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel within the region
