Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a subject-matter expert to resolve technical issues

• Implement preventative maintenance strategies

• Maintain organized maintenance documentation

Requirements:
• Certified Industrial Millwright or late-stage apprentice
• 5-10 years' relevant maintenance experience
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and pneumatics
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility for rotating shifts
