In this role, you will act as a legal consultant for Canadians facing diverse legal challenges. With at least two years of experience, you will analyze client situations, prepare for litigation, and effectively communicate their options. Collaboration with colleagues is key to delivering coherent legal support, while staying updated on legislation and regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct remote consultations on a broad range of legal matters
• Prepare cases for litigation, including strategy drafting




• Assist in representing clients during administrative hearings
• Evaluate client rights and options clearly
• Collaborate with the team for cohesive client support

Requirements:
• Licensed lawyer with a minimum two-year experience
• Ability to manage multiple legal cases
• Solid communication skills, empathetic approach
• Proficient in both English and French
• License with the Quebec Bar is advantageous
