As part of the Claims Response Centre, you will be engaged in managing client claims through professional interactions and innovative approaches. This full-time role is designed for service-oriented individuals who want to thrive in a supportive environment, enrich clients’ experiences, and respond effectively to claims inquiries. You’ll work toward exceeding client expectations while collaborating to enhance overall service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate auto claims and assess all relevant information
• Apply appropriate policy coverages for each claim
• Negotiate settlements and facilitate recoveries




• Communicate proactively with clients throughout the process
• Deliver results-driven service in all client interactions

Requirements:
• Experience in a client service or insurance role
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Technologically adept with proficient computer usage
• Passion for continuous improvement in service excellence
• Aiming for Chartered Insurance Skilled designation
