Reporting directly to the Director of Emergency Health Services, your role is essential in overseeing program resources. You will participate in negotiations, develop strategic initiatives, and ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborating with various partners, you will contribute to the enhancement of the Emergency Health Services system in Nova Scotia.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead contract management for EHS services
• Collaborate with internal and external partners
• Participate in strategic planning processes




• Ensure administrative projects are developed and monitored
• Manage human and financial resources effectively

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields
• A minimum of three years progressive management experience
• Solid background in emergency health or public sector
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational competencies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
