This includes handling catastrophic injuries and collaborating closely with legal experts to devise strategic handling plans. Guiding and mentoring less experienced team members will also be essential to your role, enhancing the overall effectiveness of our claims handling process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle claims involving permanent impairment and fatalities
• Communicate efficiently with customers and stakeholders




• Formulate work plans and strategies for complex files
• Manage electronic records and ensure compliance with regulations
• Review and approve treatment plans for rehabilitation

Requirements:
• Five years of experience in Accident Benefits
• Familiarity with claims regulations in various provinces
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching abilities
• Degree in relevant field or CIP designation
• Resilience in a busy operational setting
