We are looking for a Senior Agile Coach with a solid background in IT, encompassing at least seven years of experience, three of which should be as a Scrum Master or RTE. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the successful execution of train events and facilitate collaborations that align with Lean-Agile principles. Your expertise will help coaches develop their teams' agile maturity and optimize performance metrics while managing product backlogs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and facilitate PI Planning sessions
• Foster governance for Agile team coordination
• Monitor progress, risks,



and team dependencies
• Coach managers on backlog and capacity planning
• Lead continuous improvement activities for train progression

Requirements:
• Seven years in IT with three in Agile coaching roles
• Significant experience in large-scale agile projects
• Expertise in strategic planning and performance metrics
• Proven ability to support teams in Agile maturity
• Must hold SAFe 6.0 certification
