Join NL Health Services as a CorCare Principal Trainer, a Clinical Pharmacist IIA role that enhances digital health training. This position offers a hybrid work model and travel opportunities.
In this permanent full time position, you will support the continuous improvement of CorCare (Epic) training across NLHS. Your responsibilities will involve developing role-specific training materials, assessing user needs, and delivering effective training sessions. You'll work collaboratively to address emerging needs and ensure quality improvements in the Health Information System (HIS).
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments
• Deliver high-quality CorCare training sessions
• Create and maintain training resources for end users
• Serve as an expert in clinical application workflows
• Train additional trainers and support staff
Requirements:
• Graduation from a School of Pharmacy
• Current licensure with the College of Pharmacy
• Minimum five years’ experience in a clinical discipline
• Commitment to obtaining Epic Certification
• Strong understanding of pharmacy and clinical workflows
Contribute to the effective training of clinical staff using CorCare technology in Newfoundland and Labrador.
