Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Learning Team and SMEs to define learning objectives
• Design interactive learning experiences and assessments
• Develop eLearning modules using client-specific tools




• Focus on singular modules aligned with client methodologies
• Format and edit existing storyboard content for clarity

Requirements:
• Less than 4 years in eLearning design/development
• Basic Instructional Design Certification required
• Experience with entry-level or front-line content
