This key role within GHD’s Executive People Leadership Team focuses on aligning talent practices with organizational goals in a global capacity. You will guide the Talent Management Team, ensuring effective use of data-driven insights to boost workforce capability, leadership readiness, and succession planning. Your contributions will directly support the strategic priorities of GHD and enhance the effectiveness of talent practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Align talent management strategies with organizational objectives
• Collaborate with the Executive People Leadership Team on talent outcomes
• Cultivate and guide the global Talent Management Team for high performance




• Develop frameworks for workforce planning and succession management
• Improve internal mobility and talent visibility through strategic initiatives

Requirements:
• Extensive leadership experience in talent management across global organizations
• Ability to translate business strategy into talent practices
• Solid experience in data analysis for workforce decisions
• Familiarity with enterprise talent management technologies, Oracle HCM preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's in relevant fields is required
