In this full time role, you'll be responsible for a range of key activities including advising on personal insurance, processing renewals, and handling incoming inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
• Address client insurance inquiries and conduct needs assessments
• Issue new business policies and maintain the existing client book




• Provide quotes and documentation for various insurance products
• Engage with underwriters and adjusters regarding client needs
• Participate in community initiatives to promote services

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the personal insurance sector
• RIBO License is an asset
• Experience with Epic systems is beneficial
• Strong analytical, organizational, and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
