Based in our London, Ontario studio, this role combines community building with recruitment responsibilities. You will empower students to integrate effectively into our environment while managing candidate pipelines and recruitment analytics. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage active requisitions and candidate screening processes
• Maintain recruitment data integrity in the ATS
• Facilitate interview scheduling and candidate engagement




• Support outreach initiatives and recruitment branding
• Foster student connections through onboarding and co-op meetups

Requirements:
• 3+ years in HR/recruitment, especially for campus hiring
• Deep knowledge of ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Proven ability to pivot and execute under pressure
• Solid group facilitation and communication skills
• Personal vehicle and valid driver's license necessary
