Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily activities of Tool and Die Makers and apprentices
• Ensure timely maintenance and repair of tools for production
• Collaborate with other departments for effective operations




• Conduct regular workplace inspections for safety compliance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for toolroom activities

Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Certified Tool & Die Maker with at least 8 years' experience
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Knowledge of Fanuc and cobot programming required
• Ability to operate relevant machinery safely and effectively
