In this non-exempt position, you will work closely with the Chief Engineer to ensure reliable operation of machinery and systems. You will execute start-up and shut-down procedures, troubleshoot electrical issues, and conduct routine maintenance on various systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct maintenance on boilers, compressors, and control systems
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot and make corrective repairs on equipment
• Assist in developing safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with plant staff about equipment status
Requirements:
• Two years of maintenance engineering experience
• Proficiency in electrical systems and tools
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills in mechanical systems
• Certifications in Power Engineering or PLC programming are a plus
