You will work under the Manager of Training and Employment, facilitating essential connections between training and employment opportunities. Your role includes diverse tasks such as career counseling, partnership development, and ensuring training meets industry standards. By working closely with various stakeholders, you’ll help participants navigate their pathways to meaningful jobs in the construction field.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain employer relationships
• Coordinate with training staff for program alignment




• Conduct individual counseling for career development
• Provide post-program support and ongoing coaching
• Identify new partnership opportunities for growth

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Social Work
• 1-2 years of related work experience
• Ability to travel across York, Durham, and Peel
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and CPR/First Aid certification
