Reporting to the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, you will play a critical role in driving our buy-side growth. Your responsibilities will span from conducting market analysis to facilitating seamless integrations of newly acquired companies, all while working within our supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify strategic acquisition targets
• Develop financial models to support pricing decisions
• Coordinate due diligence and risk assessments
• Aid in drafting key investment documents
• Assist with post-merger integration efforts and KPIs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field like Finance
• 2 to 5 years of corporate development experience
• Strong financial modeling and analytical expertise
• Excellent organizational skills for due diligence
• Capacity for emotional intelligence during transitions
